S'mores Cookies

Our s'mores cookies start with a cinnamon semi-sweet chocolate chip dough which is rolled in a mix of mini marshmallows and graham cracker pieces.  These cookies maintain the pillowy softness of the marshmallow while keeping the graham crackers crunchy.  For even more s'mores goodness, pop these cookies into the microwave for about 10 seconds to make the marshmallows and chocolate super gooey.  A batch of cookies contains ~40 total pieces.
